What a fantastic start to Food Taipei 2026!
The Wyoming booth welcomed visitors from across Taiwan and around the world as we kicked off four exciting days of business connections, product discovery, and international collaboration.
One of our biggest highlights of this year's exhibition is our specially designed Wyoming booth, created to showcase the culture, spirit, and innovation of the Cowboy State. From the Wyoming-inspired décor to our popular Wyoming Tasting Bar, visitors have the opportunity to experience the unique character of Wyoming while learning about the products, and culture that make our state special. The tasting bar has become a popular gathering place where guests can sample products, meet exhibitors, and discover the stories behind Wyoming brands.
We were also honored to welcome AIT Director Raymond F. Greene and AIT Agricultural Section Chief Morgan Haas to our booth. During their visit, Chester introduced Wyoming's featured businesses and innovations while sharing products from Backwards Distilling Company paired with carefully selected snacks. Their visit provided a valuable opportunity to discuss trade, innovation, and future collaboration between Wyoming and Taiwan.

Food Taipei 2026 正式開幕！懷俄明州展位在第一天便吸引了來自台灣及世界各地的參觀者，共同展開四天充滿商機、產品交流與國際合作的精彩旅程。
今年展會的一大亮點，是我們特別打造的懷俄明州主題展位，透過展位設計展現牛仔之州（Cowboy State）獨特的文化精神、創新能量與產業特色。從充滿懷俄明風格的展位佈置，到深受參觀者喜愛的 Wyoming Tasting Bar 品飲體驗區，來賓不僅能感受懷俄明州的獨特魅力，更能深入了解來自懷俄明州的特色產品、企業品牌及創新技術。
品飲體驗區也成為展位最受歡迎的交流空間之一，讓參觀者在品嚐產品的同時，與參展企業直接互動，並了解每個品牌背後的故事與理念。
我們也非常榮幸迎接美國在台協會（AIT）處長 Raymond F. Greene 及 AIT 農業組組長 Morgan Haas 蒞臨懷俄明州展位。交流期間，Chester 向來賓介紹本次參展的懷俄明州企業與創新成果，並安排品嚐 Backwards Distilling Company 的特色產品，搭配精心挑選的點心，展現懷俄明州產品的品質、創意與獨特風味。
此次參訪不僅促進了交流互動，也為懷俄明州與台灣未來在貿易、創新及產業合作方面創造更多可能性。
